The district court on
Friday rejected the application for interim bail filed by four members
of the family of in-laws of deceased Akansha Rathi. The Indore-based
noted industrialist was found dead in her parental house in Dwarka, New Delhi,
on October 23.
The Rathi members were produced in the court
of seventh additional district judge Savita Dubey. The court rejected
their bail application on the ground that they could influence the
evidence.
Akansha Rathi was found
dead in her parental house which sent shock wave into the city. She had
also filed complaint to Mahila police accusing her in-law of harassing
her.
