Stop Humiliating Girls for God Sake: Baby Shivani Murder Case

Where Girls are worshiped and considered to be an incarnation of goddess, is where Girls are abused, mentally and physically harassed and are brutally killed for several reasons.

It is well known, that Girls are not secure in outside world but what about her own home or the place where she has been brought with a consolation that she will be given homely treatment, becomes the witness place for her last days.

We want to see and remember only the good side but should be ready to accept the darker side as well. Baby Shivani was murdered by her own Uncle Aunt after inhuman treatment is the great shock for Indorians.

Stop Humiliating Girls for God Sake!!!!  Atleast have fear of day of judgment.

Hartalikateej in Indore

One of the very significant festival among Hindus is Hartalika Teej,  mainly celebrated through observing the Vrat (vrat means fast) by the married ladies and even by girls of marriageable age in many Hindu communities. Unmarried girls observe this fast with the hope to get an ideal husband like Lord Shiva and the married women pray for marital bliss.

Having whole day fast and prayers, women worship Lord Shiva, Mata Parvati and Lord Ganesha with Leaves and fruits. There is a myth behind offering Leaves to Mata Parvati, Mata Parvati for several years of worship and fast, she got Lord Shiva as her husband. And during those years, she only survived on the leaves of plants and fruits. As per Hindu Calender, Hartalika Teej Date in 2012, is 18 Sept.

There should be a scientific reason behind this too, as per any other Hindu tradition.

I think, after plenty of rainfall in the month of Savan (for the crops), people might be offering their thanks towards god by worshiping them with leaves, flowers and fruits.

Well, no matter, what would be the scientific reason or myth behind this but the ultimate objective is to Experience the God's Presence and Thank him for Everything.

Swine Flu: Prevention and Cure

Death Toll increased to 2 due to Swine Flu in Indore. This year, total 9 people H1N1 reports are declared positive. Separate ward for Swine Flu patients has been created in MY hospitals and proper precautions are taken.

Its important to understand What is Swine Flu?

Swine flu (swine influenza) is a disease of pigs. It is a highly contagious respiratory disease caused by one of many Influenza A viruses. The current outbreak of swine flu that has infected humans is of the H1N1 type.

Symptoms of Swine Flu
Symptoms will generally be similar to seasonal human influenzas - this can range from mild or no symptoms at all, to severe and possibly fatal pneumonia.

As swine flu symptoms are similar to typical human seasonal flu symptoms, and other upper respiratory tract infections, detection of swine flu in humans often does not happen, and when it does it is usually purely by chance through seasonal influenza surveillance. If symptoms are mild it is extremely unlikely that any connection to swine influenza is found - even if it is there. In other words, unless the doctors and experts are specifically looking for swine flu, it is rarely detected. Because of this, we really do not know what the true human infection rate is.

Signs and Symptoms of Swine flu in humans

They are similar to those of regular flu, and include:
What can I do to protect myself?
  • Wash your hands regularly with soap
  • Try to stay healthy
  • Get plenty of sleep
  • Do plenty of exercise
  • Try to manage your stress
  • Drink plenty of liquids
  • Eat a well balanced diet
  • Refrain from touching surfaces which may have the virus
  • Do not get close to people who are sick
  • Stay away from crowded areas if there is a swine flu outbreak in your area
